Currently, the Consultant is participating as the Executive Director of the Portland - Setagaya Cultural Exchange Association (PSACE), a private organization that seeks a new form of citizenship between Setagaya and Portland, Oregon USA. In this activity, he interacts with and coordinates with organizations and individuals such as Portland vendors, city government officials, tourism associations, etc., and organize, operate and hold symposiums and Marche events in Setagaya Ward. He is also managing the association's community.
